YOU DO-you poor thing....we need to go away for a weekend, just so you can sleep.....

Poor baby Emma! Hope you can get some sleep and she starts to feel better. I have to tell you though, it's kind-of nice to know that you still struggle with the whole "take them to the doctor or wait it out" thing and you're on #4. I HATE making that decision! I feel like a horrible mother if he has a fever and is miserable, but when I take him and it's "nothing" they make me feel like I'm totally over-reacting. I guess that's all part of being a mom...but thanks for your honesty!
And I just re-read that and it's sounds aweful...I'm not happy that you struggle with making the decision, I guess I just was encouraged that I'm not the only one!

First of all Carla....SIGN ME UP!!! I'M READY!!
Second Jena...I totally understood what you meant. Us moms have GOT to stick together and be able to empathize with one another and encourage one another otherwise we may not make it out alive!!!! :o)

I am truly feeling your pain. I waited it out with Jena and by Wednesday she had a fever of a 104.7 an ear infection in both ears, a sinus infection and Thursday her right ear drum burst. UGH. Today I had to pick up Julia from school and she has the same as Jena and her asma flaired up. I have not had any luck with getting my girls to the doctor on time I am always early or late. I will be praying for you because I know how upsetting and frustrating it is to have a sick baby.

Take care... you don't want to get sick as well.

Thanks Hope! I'm so sorry to hear how sick Jena is and now Julia!!! I'll be praying that they are better soon.

I hope your weekend was an improvement with sleep and sickness! I also hope the blondies turned out good - my recipe is a mess, but always a yummy treat! Yes, we mothers understand the doctor thing - at Christmas, I wasn't going to take Cade b/c I figured they'd say the same thing - it's just a virus, but it ended up being STREP, and I was shocked and relieved I got him in when I did - we just never know!!!!!!!!! Love you! me
