i really like this one.
"Children will not remember you for the material things you provided but for the feeling that you cherished them.”--Richard L. Evans

Okay, I'm in to! Just got home and was planning on resting for a while, but rest will come later!

Bill Cosby:
Human beings are the only creatures that allow their children to come back home.

Found another one I like and know you will like too!

Elizabeth Stone:
Making the decision to have a child - it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking outside your body.

John J. Plomp:
You know children are growing up when they start asking questions that have answers.

I posted this on your previous post where you explained this party - this quote is in honor of Sam, my question man!

1. You are too much! But I love a good contest, although there should be a rule about how many submissions you can have per category...Jen isn't giving anyone a chance here!
2. Hope you're feeling better...and David too!
3. Quote time:
Children are the living messages we send to a time we will not see. ~John W. Whitehead

Hey, I aleady posted that I'm not all for the prizes - I just started getting carried away b/c I love quotes!!!! :-) You crack me up! I really do have to get some work done around here!

Okay, while I'm preparing dinner, I'm listening to Christmas music since a friend asked to borrow my Point of Grace Christmas to choose her solo for the holidays! I know I'm weird, but I love listening to Christmas music, no matter what time of year! Here's my quotes in honor of children and Christmas!!!

Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas-time. ~Laura Ingalls Wilder

Ugh! I just lost 3 quotes...probably because of my Jen comment...sorry, Jen...anyway, here is 1 more try!

“While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.”

Ooooooooo! That last one was good! Way to go, Jena!

This is my first time to post so here goes....

If you can give your son or daughter only one gift, let it be enthusiam.
Bill Watterson

Aimee Snyder
