Blogging from 40,000 feet

So what else does one do when 40,000 feet in the air with 3.5 hours on their hands....why blog of course.  :)  We are currently making our way to Mexico for a long getaway weekend with our friends Jonathan and Becky.  Kidlets are being taken care of by my mom and dad (THANK YOU) and while I will miss them like crazy, this will be a fun break. 

This morning as I was kissing and hugging the kids before we left (they were still sleeping) Grady woke up and I told him to go back to sleep and that I would see him in a few days.  He asked who was going to take care of him and I told him that MeeMee and PopPop were going to be with him.  He then said to me....well who's gonna take me places cuz I can't be stuck here the whole time.  That child is such a funny kid!  He cracks me up. Don't know where they come up with some of the stuff that they do.

I really can't believe that I haven't blogged since April, that is really such a disgrace.  I was reading through some old posts the other day and I felt really bad that I have lost so many blogging memories.  I enjoyed  reading through the old posts and taking a little stroll down memory lane.  I really need to be better about keeping up with blogging.  I am sad about all the memories that I thought I would remember but now know I don't or won't without writing them down!  Especially all of the funny things that Grady says that keep us laughing. 

Hopefully it won't take another 40,000 feet to get me to blog again!
